ATLAPEX has completed a customized EK series 2-ton electric counterbalance forklift, fitted with a fully enclosed operator cabin and air conditioning system, built on our proven lead-acid battery configuration to satisfy all-weather material handling demands.

This unit is developed based on the mature EK electric forklift platform. The standard EK model adopts an 80V AC dual-drive system, low-center-of-gravity chassis and compact turning radius, delivering flexible maneuverability in factories, logistics yards, warehouses and outdoor working zones. To meet the client’s special operating requirements, we carried out targeted upgrades by installing a full enclosed cabin together with an air conditioner.

The fully enclosed cabin adopts panoramic tempered glass, offering broad sightlines while shielding operators from wind, rain, dust and noisy surroundings. Equipped with an integrated air conditioning unit, it maintains a comfortable working temperature in hot summers and cold winters, effectively easing driver fatigue during long shifts and boosting operational safety and productivity.

Retaining the cost-effective lead-acid battery power solution, this customized forklift supports continuous daily operation. It comes with dual onboard and external charging design for flexible charging arrangements. Other standard premium configurations are fully preserved, including wide-view mast, large gear ratio transmission, cushion hydraulic cylinder, shock-absorbing seat with presence sensor, multi-functional LCD dashboard and optimized ergonomic control layout.

ATLAPEX supports diversified customized upgrades for our EK series electric forklift range. Apart from enclosed cabin and air conditioning, we can provide other optional modifications according to different working scenarios. Both lead-acid battery and lithium-ion battery versions are available for selection.
