To eliminate potential ignition sources including hot surfaces, mechanical sparks and electrical sparks, the R&D team implemented targeted explosion protection for all core components:

• Traction motor, hydraulic pump motor, vehicle control system, display and battery adopt certified explosion-proof construction. All spark-generating electronic components are enclosed inside flameproof Ex d housings.

• Emergency stop button, key switch, brake & acceleration system, temperature monitoring system and warning horn are equipped with matched explosion protection measures.
