Powered by a full AC drive system with USA CURTIS control, it delivers reliable performance even in demanding environments. With a rated load of 1800–2000kg and lifting height of 1600–6000mm, it meets diverse material handling needs of warehouses, factories and logistics centers.

Its standout side-standing design, paired with a wide-field-of-view mast, ensures unobstructed visibility for operators. Equipped with a multi-function integrated handle and electronic steering, it enables easy, fatigue-free operation during long shifts.

Key performance advantages include low-noise hydraulic pumps (≤70 dB(A)), maintenance-free carbon-brushless motors, electromagnetic regenerative braking and long-life inductive switches — all reducing costs and maximizing uptime.

Safety is paramount, featuring stepless speed regulation, multiple controller protection, emergency reverse/anti-collision devices, automatic corner deceleration and cylinder safety shut-off valves to protect operators and goods.

Versatile by design, it supports optional lithium batteries, side shifters and clamps, plus non-standard OEM customization, perfectly adapting to narrow-aisle operations for optimal storage utilization.

Key specs for the two models: Both have a 4500mm lift height, 1080mm width, 48V/400Ah battery, 6.5kW driving motor, 8.6kW lifting motor, and 7.5/8km/h (full/no load) speed. The CDD18BC (1800kg load) has a 2825mm length and 1490mm turning radius; the CDD20BC (2000kg load) has a 2890mm length and 1550mm turning radius.
